Television soap legend Vivean Gray – the Cleethorpes-born actress who played meddlesome Neighbours character Nell Mangel – has died at the age of 92. Gray was best known for her role in the Australian soap, but also played gossipy neighbour Ida 

… and gossipy Mrs Mangel from 1986 to 1988. She reportedly faced a backlash over the growing dislike for Mrs Mangel, who appeared in 292 episodes of Neighbours. Gray was born in Cleethorpes and moved to Australia in 1952 to pursue an acting career.and more »
